ご好評頂いたNOGUCHI NAOHIKO_01 2018 Vintageに続き、2019 Vintageがリリースとなります。
2018 Vintageで白銀であったロゴマークやタグの色は、2019 Vintageでは紫色となっております。

農口尚彦の長きにわたる経験から精魂込めて造りだされた酒。
そのために農口尚彦研究所が石川県を代表する美術家 大樋年雄氏にデザインを依頼し、左右非対称「歪な曲線」のボトルが誕生しました。
大樋氏は、現代美術家としての活動のみならず、金沢で350年以上の歴史を誇る大樋焼 十一代・大樋長左衛門としても活動していることから、工藝がもつ「手造り感覚」のプロダクト化を実現させました。

▪️テイスティング
アカシアの蜂蜜や熟れたバナナにアプリコットなど、僅かにフルーティなアロマを感じます。
口当たりの 上品さは秀逸でシームレスなテクスチャー。
ミネラリーで滋味深さを持っており、僅かな渋味・苦味が全体 を引き締めています。
透明感のあるエレガントで長い余韻が特徴です。

▪️Product Description
Following the well-received NOGUCHI NAOHIKO_01 2018 Vintage, the 2019 Vintage will be released.
The logo and tag, which were silver in 2018 Vintage, are now purple in 2019 Vintage.

This sake was created with the heart and soul of Noguchi Naohiko, drawing on his long experience.
For this reason, the Noguchi Naohiko Institute commissioned the design of Toshio Ohi, a representative artist of Ishikawa Prefecture, and an asymmetrical "distorted curve" bottle was born.
In addition to his work as a contemporary artist, Ohi is also the 11th generation of Ohi Chozaemon, a maker of Ohi ware, which boasts a history of over 350 years in Kanazawa, and has realized the "handmade feel" of craftsmanship in the product.

▪️Tasting
You can feel the slightly fruity aroma of acacia honey, ripe banana, and apricot.
The elegance of the mouthfeel is excellent and the texture is seamless.
It has a mineral and deep flavor, with a slight astringency and bitterness that tightens the overall flavor.
It has a clear, elegant, and long aftertaste.

Q. どんな温度で飲むのがおすすめですか？
A. 冷や（10℃〜15℃）がおすすめですが、常温（20℃前後）でも香りの変化を楽しめます。
また、少し温めると（30℃程度）、より滑らかな口当たりと余韻を感じやすくなります。
