日本の南西海岸、鹿児島にある私たちの家族が所有する 2 つの蒸留所で作られた日本のウイスキーです。

丁寧に作られたレシピは、それぞれの蒸留所の独特の特徴を引き出します。日置で蒸留されたポットスチルバーレイウイスキーと、嘉之助で蒸留されたシングルモルトです。

両方のスピリッツは嘉之助で熟成され、祖父である小正嘉之助が始めた樽熟成スピリッツの伝統を引き継いでいます。私たちは彼の遺産を誇りを持って引き継ぎ、さまざまな樽タイプを利用してまろやかで風味豊かなユニークな日本のウイスキーを造り出しています。

色: 透明な琥珀色
香り: バニラ、ミント、メロン、ピーチ、アプリコット、レモングラス
味: 濃厚、シナモン、紅茶、オレンジ、クローブ
フィニッシュ: オークの香り、豊かなフルーツの香り、ほのかな苦味とのバランスが絶妙

▪️English version
Japanese whisky made at the two distilleries owned by our family in Kagoshima, on Japan’s southwest coast.
The carefully crafted recipe brings out the distinctive characteristics of each distillery – a pot still barley whisky distilled at Hioki, and single malt distilled at Kanosuke.

Both spirits are aged at Kanosuke, continuing a tradition of barrel aged spirits tarted by our grandfather Kanosuke Komasa. We proudly continue his legacy, drawing on a range of cask types to create a mellow, full-flavoured and unique Japanese whisky.
