◾️解説
七垂二重貫とは20貫（約75kg）の米からたったの7垂（滴）しか取れないほどの希少な酒という意味。
毎年7月と10月の2回出荷される。
龍泉、龍月、双虹と並ぶ国内最高級の日本酒の一つで十四代の中で現在5番目に高い価格で流通されている。

◾️テスティング
濃厚でフルーティーな十四代特有の旨み。
雑味がなく甘味と酸味が強い。
後口にほんのりとフルーティーな甘みを残して消えていく。

▪️English version
Nanatari Nijukan means a rare sake that can only produce 7 drops from 20 kan (approximately 75 kg) of rice.
It is shipped twice a year, in July and October.
It is one of the finest sakes in Japan, along with Ryusen, Ryugetsu, and Souko, and is currently the fifth most expensive of the Juyondai sakes.

A rich, fruity flavor unique to Juyondai.
No harsh flavors, strong sweetness and acidity.
It fades away, leaving a slight fruity sweetness in the aftertaste.
