2022年12月24日(土)に卒寿(90歳)を迎える農口尚彦杜氏。

こちらは卒寿を記念して開業初年度から造り貯めた秘蔵酒の中から農口杜氏が厳選し、アッサンブラージュ（ブレンディング）した限定900本のコレクションアイテムです。

ボトルと化粧箱に入ったラインは限定バージョンの瑠璃色。タグにはシリアルナンバー（001/900）が記載されています。

石川県を代表する美術家 大樋年雄氏がデザインしたオリジナルボトルに詰められ、限定リリースいたします。

▪️テイスティング
農口尚彦杜氏の象徴である「山廃」で造られた複数品種の酒米、複数ヴィンテージの秘蔵酒によって構築されたSpecial Edition vol.2の味わいは、とろみのある凝縮された旨味と、エレガントな酸味、そしてまるで永遠に続くかのような心地よい余韻が特徴です。

Toji Noguchi Naohiko will be celebrating his 90th birthday on Saturday, December 24, 2022.

This is a limited edition collection item of 900 bottles that Toji Noguchi carefully selected from the treasured sake he has been making since the first year of business and blended to commemorate his 90th birthday.

The lines on the bottle and presentation box are the limited edition lapis lazuli color. The tag has a serial number (001/900).

It will be bottled in an original bottle designed by Toshio Ohi, a representative artist of Ishikawa Prefecture, and will be released in limited quantities.

▪️Tasting
The taste of the Special Edition vol.2, constructed from multiple varieties of sake rice made from "Yamahai", the symbol of Toji Noguchi Naohiko, and multiple vintages of treasured sake, is characterized by a thick, concentrated umami flavor, an elegant acidity, and a pleasant aftertaste that seems to last forever.
