▪️商品解説

「シングルモルト 余市 ピーティアンドソルティ」は、余市蒸溜所で販売された限定ボトルのため、基本的には店頭で入手することができない特別な１本です。
麦芽を乾燥させる際のピート（草炭）が多めに使用されており、スモ－キーフレーバーを味わえる特徴的なタイプのウイスキーに仕上がっています。
また、余市モルトの特徴でもあるほのかな潮の香りのようなものも感じることができます。

▪️テイスティング
ボトルから来る香りは、潮の香りを伴うピーティそのもの。ロックで飲むと、鼻に突き通されるようにヨードや正露丸のようなピートの香りが強烈に襲いかかってきます。その強さはラフロイグ１０年をも超える勢いです。味わいもアルコールの刺激による辛みと塩気がメインで、甘さをほとんど感じません。加水されても強烈な香り、味わいは衰えませんが、アルコールの刺激が抑えられて柑橘系のような酸味が現れてきます。

▪️Product Description

"Single Malt Yoichi Peaty and Salty" is a special bottle that cannot be purchased at stores because it is a limited edition bottle sold at Yoichi Distillery.

A large amount of peat (grass charcoal) is used to dry the malt, resulting in a distinctive type of whiskey that has a smoky flavor.

You can also feel the faint scent of the sea, which is a characteristic of Yoichi malt.

▪️Tasting
The aroma coming from the bottle is peaty with a sea scent. When you drink it on the rocks, the scent of peaty, like iodine or Seirogan, hits you hard, as if piercing your nose. Its strength exceeds that of Laphroaig 10 years old. The taste is mainly spicy and salty due to the stimulation of alcohol, and there is almost no sweetness. Even when water is added, the intense aroma and taste do not fade, but the stimulation of the alcohol is suppressed and a citrus-like acidity appears.
