本品は兵庫県産山田錦を35％まで磨き上げ、蓋麹法、長期低温醗酵により手造りされた大吟醸酒です。山形県内限定販売の大吟醸酒。

完熟した南国のフルーツのような甘美な香り。洗練された滑らかな質感、果実の蜜の上品な甘さと旨み、そして最後は柑橘の皮のような苦味でスッキリさせてくれます。

▪️ Product explanation
This product is a Daiginjo sake made by polishing Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture to 35% and handcrafted using the lid koji method and long-term low-temperature fermentation. Daiginjo sake sold exclusively in Yamagata Prefecture.

▪️ Tasting
A sweet aroma like ripe tropical fruit. A refined and smooth texture, the elegant sweetness and umami of fruit nectar, and a refreshing bitterness like citrus peel at the end.
