▪️解説
白州のヘビーピーテッドシリーズの最初のリリース。2010年に瓶詰めされ、年は指定されていません。他の2つのエディションは2012年と2013年です。非冷却濾過され、長い間製造されていませんでした。南日本アルプスの麓の森に囲まれた高地で蒸留されています。リリースされたボトルは2000本のみです。

▪️テスティング
口に含むとピートがより顕著で、とても胡椒っぽい。また、素晴らしく甘く、青リンゴ（皮のような）、バニラ、塩の味がする。

▪️English version
The first release of the Hakushu heavily peated range. It is bottled in 2010 without a year. The other 2 editions are 2012 and 2013. Non-chill filtered and discontinued for a long time. Distilled at high altitude surrounded by forest at the foot of the Southern Japan Alps.
Only 2000 bottles ever released.

The peat is more pronounced on the palate, that is very peppery. Wonderfully sweet, too, with green apples again (peelings more like), vanilla and salt.
