自社開発米「生検Ⅱ」を使用。３年間の試験醸造を重ね、本年辰年に新発売。弊社を取り囲むように流れる母なる川”最上川”の急流三難所”隼の瀬”から命名。岩礁が川底を覆い、水飛沫を立てながら激流となる様を見立てたうすにごり大極上おり酒

◾️Product Description
Made with our own rice "Seise II". After three years of trial brewing, this is the year of the dragon and is now on sale. Named after "Hayabusa no Se", one of the three most difficult rapids in the "Mogami River", our mother river that surrounds our company. This is a lightly cloudy, premium sake that resembles the way the riverbed is covered with rocks, creating a torrent of water with splashes.
