シャトーヌフ・デュ・パプは、フランス南部ローヌ渓谷のオランジュとアヴィニョンの間に位置する歴史あるワイン産地です。主に南ローヌ地方の伝統的なブドウ品種であるグルナッシュ、シラー、ムールヴェードルから造られる、力強くコクのある赤ワインで有名です。
赤ワインと白ワインを合わせると、この地域には 18 種類のブドウがあります。

▪️Domaine Rayasの特徴
ドメーヌ・ラヤはコート・デュ・ローヌの北部に位置し、この地域のワインは最高のワインとして知られています。
ドメーヌ・ラヤは、赤ワインにはグルナッシュ 1 種類のブドウのみを使用し、白ワインにはグルナッシュ ブランとクレレットの 2 種類のブドウのみを使用しています。

通常、シャトーヌフ デュ パプのボトルは瓶詰め直後に販売されますが、ラヤの場合は 10 年間熟成させてから販売されます。

非常に複雑で、エレガントで繊細、甘いピーマン、ローズヒップ、スパイスの効いたイチゴ、鼻を刺激する香りが広がります。

▪️Situation
Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a historic wine region located between the towns of Orange and Avignon, in France's southern Rhône Valley. It is famous for powerful, full-bodied red wine, largely made from the classic southern Rhône grape trio of Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre.
Between red and white wine, there are 18 different grape in this region.

▪️Specificity of Domaine Rayas
Domaine Rayas is situated in the northern part of Côte du Rhone, where the wine are reputed to be the best of the region.
Domaine Rayas only use one grape for its red wine, Grenache, and two grapes for white wines, Grenache blanc and clairette.

Usually, Chateauneuf du pape bottle are sold just after the bottling BUT for Rayas, they age for 10 years before
