約3万ヘクタールの見渡す限りのワイン畑。

▪️シャブリ:
すっきりとしたワインでミネラル感が特徴。
こぼれ話: シャブリはよくカキと合う。
シャブリで栽培されている土壌には実はカキの化石がある。

▪️コート ド ニュイ:
ブルゴーニュの赤ワインの聖地。
ロマネ コンティを基に33名のグラン クリュを誇る。
ノーズはチェリー、ブラックカラント、ラズベリー、ワイルドストロベリー、ポメロ、スロー、スグリのノートを呼び起こし、ミント、甘草、コショウ、革、タバコを伴います。

▪️コート ド ボーヌ:
ブルゴーニュのゴールデン トリアングル、いわば世界最高峰白ワインの一つで、三つの村で最高級の白ワインが作られている。
こぼれ話:
ピュリニィ モンラッシェ:エレガントで綺麗な酸が特徴で土壌石灰質由来のミネラル感が印象的に余韻として残る。
シャサーニュ モンラッシェ: 香り豊かで、ピュリニ モンラッシェよりも力強く、しっかりした酸が特徴的。
ムルソー: 濃厚でまったりとした質感と仄かに広がる酸味がバランスを取る。
チーズとの相性が抜群。

*注意点
主に単一ブドウ品種で作られている。
赤ワインにはピノ ノワール、白ワインにはシャルドネかアリゴテ

▪️Burgundy

▪️Chablis.
Clean wines with a mineral character.
Spillover: Chablis is often paired with oysters.
The soils grown in Chablis actually contain fossils of oysters.

Côtes de Nuits:.
The holy land of red wines in Burgundy.
It boasts 33 Grands Crus. The top of the top is Romanée-Conti.
The nose can evoke notes of cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, wild strawberry, grapefruit, sloe, redcurrant, accompanied by mint, liquorice, pepper, leather, tobacco.

Côte de Beaune: the Burgundy's golden triangle, so to speak, one of the world's best white wines, with three villages producing the finest white wines.
Puligny-Montrachet : elegant and clean acidity, with an impressive minerality from the limestone soils.
Chassagne Montrachet : aromatic, more powerful than Puligny Montrachet, with a firm acidity.
Meursault : Rich, rounded texture balanced by a hint of acidity.
Excellent with cheeses.

Made mainly from a single grape variety.
Pinot Noir for red wines, while Chardonnay or aligoté for white wines.
