2016年に日本酒業界で初めて「精米歩合1％」に挑戦。
1,800時間（75日間）かけて直径1mmまで磨かれた山形県産出羽燦々。

◾️テイスティング

香りは穏やかですが、酒米の旨みとボリュームをしっかりと感じられます。
また、5度くらいによく冷やしてワイングラスでお楽しみください。
非常に繊細で上品な味わい

◾️English version

In 2016, this was the first in the sake industry to attempt a "1% polishing ratio".
Dewa Sansan from Yamagata Prefecture, which was polished to a diameter of 1mm over 1,800 hours (75 days).

The aroma is mild, but you can really taste the flavor and volume of the sake rice.
Also, chill it well to about 5 degrees and enjoy it in a wine glass.
