兵庫県特A地区産山田錦を100%使用。
35%まで精米された極上の逸品です。

◾️テスティング

香りがフルーティで、口に含んだ瞬間は物凄くまろやかで後から甘味と旨みが口に広がるお酒。酸味や苦味など雑味が一切感じられなく、飲みやすい。


This exceptional product is made by selecting mash that is particularly vigorous in daiginjo preparation, brewing it with pure rice, and storing and aging it using a unique sterilization technique.
This "Super" series is a product that Juyondai has released with the most confidence.
Made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture's Special A region.
This exquisite product has been polished to 35%.

It has a fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth it is incredibly mellow, followed by a sweet and savory taste. It is easy to drink, with no off-flavors such as sourness or bitterness.
