メキシコ中央に位置するサン・ルイス・ポトシ州の小さな職人コミュニティによって、200年以上にわたり代々受け継がれた伝統的な製法で造られるメスカル。

半砂漠の斜面と平原に自生するアガベ・ヴェルデ（アガべ・サルミアナ）を用いて、地域特有のプロセスから生み出されたメスカルは、クローブのニュアンスが効いたハーバルな味わいが特徴で、ミネラルとスパイスの余韻が口いっぱいに広がります。

デキャンタの赤色は、サン・ルイス・ポトシの砂漠の遊牧民、グワチチル族（Huachichil）へのオマージュ。
メキシコの先住民言語であるナワトル語で、「赤く塗られた頭」を意味する部族名は、彼らの頭や顔を赤い顔料で染める慣習に由来し、守護動物と信じられる頭部の羽毛が赤い鳥「メキシコマシコ」への崇拝を体現しています。

また、デキャンタのベース部分には、彼らの故郷の平原と山々、そこに広がるアガベ・ヴェルデを表しています。
メキシコの職人がひとつひとつ手作りするキャップには、色とりどりの糸によって幻想的な星空を飛ぶ「メキシコマシコ」が施されており、かつて遊牧していた砂漠の山地と谷間の夢幻的な風景を見守り続けている様子を表現しています。

Mezcal made by a small artisan community in San Luis Potosi, located in central Mexico, using traditional methods that have been passed down from generation to generation for over 200 years.

Mezcal made using a process specific to the region using Agave Verde (Agave Salmiana), which grows wild on the semi-desert slopes and plains, has a herbal flavor with a hint of clove, and a lingering aftertaste of minerals and spices that fills the mouth.

The red color of the decanter is a homage to the Huachichil people, nomads of the desert of San Luis Potosi.

In Nahuatl, the indigenous language of Mexico, the tribe's name, which means "head painted red," comes from the practice of dyeing their heads and faces with red pigment, and embodies the worship of the Mexican finch, a bird with red feathers on its head that is believed to be a guardian animal.

The base of the decanter represents the plains and mountains of their homeland and the Agave Verde that spreads there.
The cap, which is handmade one by one by Mexican artisans, is decorated with a "Mexican finch" flying in a fantastic starry sky made of colorful threads, representing the bird continuing to watch over the dreamlike landscape of the desert mountains and valleys where they were once nomads.
